Waikato Milking Systems prides itself on its extremely dedicated and knowledgeable workforce, who share in the mission of providing superior service to our ever increasing client base.

What differentiates us from some of our competitors and positions us as the industry leader in New Zealand, is our philosophy that we are here to provide solutions for the dairy farmer and acknowledging the fact that today's dairy farmers are both extremely busy as well as highly professional, we deliver this solutions approach on-farm!

We have a team of dedicated, talented and technically proficient Regional Sales Managers who are on-hand to listen to the dairy farmer's problems/plans/vision, assess what could best address these issues and then put together a comprehensive proposal, which optimally answers the technological needs of the milking parlour, as well as the financial constraints of the business, whilst also taking into account and providing some insight into some of  the other issues which need to be considered when embarking on a complex and fairly costly investment of building or upgrading a milking unit. Their job does not end here, in fact, it has only just started. Your Regional Sales Manager will accompany your project all the way until you, the dairy farmer, are happy with the installation and satisfied that what you were promised is what you have received.

It is our intention to provide this same level of expertise and service to our overseas clients and therefore we have appointed dedicated Export Account Managers for specific markets, whose role it is to support our existing web of distributors, whilst at the same time provide services for clients in countries where we are not officially represented.
