Known for its simplicity and reliability the Waikato Mk2 Automatic vacuum operated pulsator can be used in any dairy and is ideally suited for use in regions where technical support is not readily available. A simple design ensures a robust pulsation system needing very little maintenance.
In 4+0 configuration and just one pulsator needed to operate two sets of cups the Waikato Mk2 Automatic pulsator represents excellent value for money. A variety of pipe connections and bucket fittings are available that allow for a wide range of milking applications. Using a silicone diaphragm and VLC (adjustable vacuum level compensating valve) Waikato Mk2 Automatic pulsators produce a softer wave form and a more comfortable teat massage.
They are factory set to operate at 55ppm with a 60/40 milking ratio. A Goat version is available factory set to operate at 80ppm with a 50/50 milking ratio.
The technology behind Waikato Mk2 Automatic pulsators is well proven. For many years this product has proven itself to be robust, reliable and capable of milking high volume animals. It is versatile and cost effective as only one pulsator is used to operate two sets of cups. The flexibility it provides and the mounting options available make the Waikato Mk2 Automatic pulsator a good choice and more so for the developing dairy regions of the world.
Waikato Milking Systems’ PulseGuard technology can be used in conjunction with most pulsation systems
