When simplicity is paramount and performance is critical the Waikato LO2V pulsator comes into its own. The Waikato LO2V is a vacuum operated pulsator designed to operate one set of cups in 2+2 configuration. Mounted onto any pipe size by way of Waikato’s universal pulsator MultiMount adaptor the LO2V is secure and set to outperform all other vacuum operated pulsation systems in its class. Excellent milking and massage phases guarantee fast, complete and uniform milking of each udder quarter whilst ensuring effective teat decongestion.

Using a proven slide mechanism that requires no lubrication and SUREMATCH  a synthetic space age valve material the Waikato LO2V produces reliable performance across a wide range of rates and ratios. Rate and Ratios are easily adjustable in the range of 50 – 180ppm at vacuum settings between 35 – 50 kPa. Ratios are adjustable between 50 – 70%. Waikato LO2V pulsators are factory set at 50ppm with a milking ratio of 60/40. Filtered air systems can be installed to further protect the pulsator from environmental contaminants, a useful inclusion if in parlour feeding or excessively dusty conditions are present. Waikato LO2V pulsators are low maintenance pulsators that apart from a periodic check require very little attention.

The ability of the pulsator to operate continuously in extreme conditions makes the Waikato LO2V an ideal choice for use in remote places or where technical assistance is difficult to organise. A small amount of maintenance when needed can be carried out quickly “on farm” with minimum downtime. There is no need for power supplies or wiring. Each pulsator automatically comes to life when the plant is started and will provide dependable performance during milking.
