With modern electronics and new digital technology providing the means of control, we are able to develop products that are smarter than ever! SmartPuls is a sophisticated electronic pulsation system capable of providing accurate pulsation milking after milking. SmartPuls performs to exacting standards carefully massaging each teat to affect even milk-out and effective teat decongestion. With adjustable rates and ratios at your fingertips and a unique adjustable “C” phase, SmartPuls offers a higher standard of pulsation control and the flexibility to tune the system for your herd.

More commonly available in 2+2 configuration - one pulsator for two sets of cups (single cluster pulsators are also available) SmartPuls with its proven internal design produces a softer wave form more gentle on teats. Non return valves built into each pulsation channel close off the path to the electronics and allow wash water to be drawn through the pulsator for in situ cleaning. An industry recognised 24VDC operating system ensures compliance and compatibility with other equipment and allows for better equipment integration. Filtered air is recommended and pulsators are easily connected to a Waikato Filtered Air System. Mounted onto Waikato Multimounts, SmartPuls can be installed onto pipe sizes up to 101mm.
