Installing filtered air protects your pulsation system and ensures peak pulsator performance

Installing a pulsation filtered air system is like buying insurance, it protects the pulsation system against unwanted contaminants that can clog and block the airways and solenoids within a pulsator. The importance of maintaining clean air is significant as failing to do so affects the operation and phase characteristics of the pulsator, consequently effecting milking performance and in some cases animal health. It is highly recommended that Waikato Milking Systems pulsators are installed with a filtered air system

A filtered air system consists of one filter for every 5 pulsators. Air filters are mounted onto a pipe no less than 40mm in diameter and plumbed with a flexible connection to each pulsator. Air filters are easily removed for cleaning, a routine dependant on the amount of dust etc in the surrounding environment. Replaceable filter elements are available.
