For many years Flomax centrifugal milk pumps have been serving the dairy industry. Despite their compact size they are capable of delivering good performance. The range of sizes available makes this option more suited to smaller dairies.

Constructed from high grade stainless steel Flomax centrifugal milk pumps are typically supplied with 38mm and 50mm ports. The outlet port is normally ferruled to enable pressure connections to be made. Non return valves are not included with this pump and must be purchased separately. Removing the pump head for maintenance is quick and seals are easily replaced. Three blade impellors allow better control and smoother pumping when using variable speed drives in the lower speed range.

Flomax centrifugal milk pumps fill a niche in smaller dairies and represent a cost effective solution. As dairies increase in size the more powerful Supaflow or Fristam pump range is used.
