SmartECR is an electronic cluster remover that’s so intelligent it can control the milking process in ways others can only dream about!

Never before has an electronic cup remover been able to do so much. Apart from the obvious, SmartECR’s also operate SmartSpray and  BailGates.  

Developed by Waikato Milking Systems, this “New Generation” product is based on an operating system called “CAN” or a “Controlled Area Network” as it is commonly known. In simplistic terms this offers a plug and play scenario whereby other Waikato Milking Systems products can be connected quickly and integrated easily into the overall milking system forming a totally matched equipment set. The ability of an operator to program or alter the system to suit a particular set of circumstances is almost endless and made easy by working through the menu on a large touch screen controller

Not only does SmartECR integrate seamlessly with other Waikato Milking Systems products via a SmartController, there are features of the system not found in any other cup remover, anywhere in the world, features added specifically for rotary use that translate immediately into tangible benefits.
